Female Player of the Year - Bronwen Knox
Jack Lusic and Debbie Powell were inducted into the Hall of Fame on the night.

The 2008 – 2009 Water Polo Queensland Awards Night will be held on Friday, 18th September, 2009 at the Ballymore Rugby Club commencing at 6:30pm.
This truly prestigious and important event will once again showcase and recognise the outstanding achievements of volunteers, coaches, officials and athletes involved in all aspects of water polo in Queensland. The night will also feature the annual induction of members into the Water Polo Queensland Hall of Fame.
