Gold Coast Water Polo Junior Club Nights

Following a very successful Gala Day held at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre on Sunday 23rd May, Gold Coast Water Polo in conjunction with Water Polo Queensland are delighted to announce that we will be offering a series of Junior Club Nights for children aged 10 -14 years. These Club nights will provide training and gameplay opportunities each week delivered by Qualified Coaches from Water Polo Qld and Gold Coast Water Polo. These Club nights will be run across three (3) Friday evenings at the world class Gold Coast Aquatic Centre in Southport and each night will finish with a free BBQ for all participants.
Water Polo Queensland CEO – Melanie Woosnam said “Gold Coast Water Polo and Water Polo Queensland are very excited to be offering these Club nights as a follow on from the successful Gala Day where almost 90 kids attended. The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre and Staff are extremely supportive of water polo and in particular offering fun and affordable participation opportunities for any kids who love swimming and who may be interested in playing a team sport. Aussie kids love swimming and water polo provides the opportunity to play an aquatic team sport with some friends, in a safe and fun environment. Kids can come along to these sessions and learn the basic skills of water polo and then have some fun playing games at the end of every session. Bring some friends along to these Club nights and have some fun playing water polo!”.
Session 1 - Friday 23rd July from 5-7pm.
Session 2 - Friday 30th July from 5-7pm.
Session 3 - Friday 13th August from 5-7pm.
