Everyone from athletes, parents, support personnel, administrators and supporters play a role in protecting the integrity of our sport. We aim to ensure that water polo is a safe, fair and inclusive environment for all participants.
Water Polo Australia National Integrity and Policy Framework
With effect 01 Jul 22 Water Polo Australia and their member organisations adopted the National Integrity Framework. The Framework is a set of rules that all members of a sport need to follow when it comes to their conduct and behavior in sport.
Lodging A Complaint
Below are some simple tips to remember when considering lodging a complaint.
- Anyone can report a incident or raise a concern. Only registered members of Water Polo Queensland or Parents/Guardians of registered athletes (under 18 years of age) can make a complaint under the National Integrity Framework (NIF).
- Only complaints relating to alleged breaches of prohibited conduct under the National Integrity Framework (NIF) should be submitted via this form.
- If the Complaint is about Child Safeguarding or Discrimination, you can make the Complaint to Sport Integrity Australia. You can lodge a Child Safeguarding or Discrimination complaint to Sport Integrity Australia by completing the online form. If you would prefer to talk to someone at Sport Integrity Australia, assistance is available by calling 1300 027 232.
