The Water Polo Queensland Coach Academy exists to improve the quality, consistency and impact of the coaching across Queensland.

Our mission is to ensure that every athlete, at every level, is supported by a capable, confident and continually developing coach, creating stronger clubs, stronger pathways, and a stronger future for water polo in Queensland.
